Elite Change Management, founded in 2001, specializes in organizational change management. We are a minority-woman owned business based in Columbus, Ohio, and is also a certified minority business enterprise. We provide services and solutions to U.S. Federal, State, Local Governments, and Private sectors. We serve as a prime minority vendor or subcontractor to provide services to meet business objectives. We also offer staff augmentation to offer experienced professionals at market rates.
